autumn flying…
One Sunday morning, after an early cup of tea, we set out in our space kayak to explore the Earth…
…because we had noticed something stunning & unusual happening…
…the beautiful green leaves, which we had become accustomed to, were suddenly changing into reds, golds, & bright neon oranges!
Here is the view from the space kayak as we flew…
…First LB spotted a vacated bird’s nest among the maple leaves…
…and then we waved to these amazing, wacky clouds…
…barely stopping in time…
…as the lights changed…
…finally we followed the road of this shaggy bark hickory, up to the very tippity topmost branches…and beyond…
…Sailing along with this friendly cloud, where we had a beautiful vista of the Earth going through her Autumn changes!
I hope you can enjoy some Autumn flying, too!

Very beautiful trip and pictures.
Trying to figuer out what spot on Earth you explored.
Is this really really a tree trunk??? And what kind of berries are they?
Hope to see more soon.

Dear Staila,
Thank you for your kind comments! This is New England, known for its glorious Autumn beauty! :)
Yes, that is really a shagbark hickory tree trunk!
I don’t know what kind of berries these are, but maybe one of my readers can help me out?
I hope you have a good day! :)

Clay Ball
