I tried above recipe and it was delicious!!!!
Thank you for the tip to cover with foil. I did it about half way through and reduced the temp. to 360F.
My finished Jalapenos were not nearly as pretty as yours - they were smaller and narrower and looked downright undernourished.
Next time I shall try to buy larger ones.
I look forward to more surprises.
